Cheese Pizza Pack (1 square per month for remaining 5months)

Order one of these Cheese Pizza Packs for the year to provide your child with one square of cheese pizza every month from Feb to June.
Each meal comes with a 4"x4" (approx) square of Pizza Nova pizza, a serving of baby carrots and a nut-free cookie.
*Please note that we do not provide the students with drinks. By using re-usable beverage containers, we dramatically reduce the amount of recycling and waste that our school produces.
Key Point #1! - Choose Your Classroom - Make sure you choose the classroom number/teacher's name from the drop-down below so we know where this order belongs! If you have more than one child at Jackman, simply add another pizza slice product for them and choose their room number on that item as well.
Key Point #2! - Your Child(s) Name - Please be sure to note your child's name in the 'Notes' area when you check out, particularly if you have more than one child. This is the only way we know who this pizza order is for!
Key Point #3! - Don't Forget to Volunteer - Once you complete your checkout process and pay for your child's pizza, please don't forget to sign up to volunteer in your child's classroom this year using our simple online form which you can also find by clicking right here.
